General

UnTok helps you clean up and remove all your reposted videos from TikTok quickly and easily — in bulk, without doing it one by one.

UnTok currently supports TikTok. Support for additional platforms may be added in future updates.

UnTok loads the same list of reposts visible on your TikTok profile. It does not access any content beyond what you can already see in your own account.

Yes. UnTok removes your reposts when you tell it to. There is a daily limit to keep your account safe — removing too many reposts too quickly can trigger TikTok's rate limiting, which may cause temporary errors on your account.

Yes. UnTok only processes content you explicitly action within the app. Your credentials are stored securely on your device only and are never sent to our servers. We do not share your personal data with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Logging In

Log in using your TikTok email or username and password.

The following login methods are not supported and will not work:

  • Mobile number
  • Google account
  • Facebook account
  • Apple account

If you do not have a password set on your TikTok account, go to Profile → Settings → Manage account → Password in TikTok to add one first.

Yes. On the login screen, tap Use QR Code. Then open TikTok on another device where you are already logged in, go to Profile → QR code icon (top right), and scan the code shown in UnTok.

Reset your password directly in TikTok. Open the TikTok app, go to Profile → Settings → Manage account → Password and follow the steps. Once reset, return to UnTok and log in with your email and new password.

This means you are using an unsupported login method. UnTok only works with email or username and password. Go back to the login screen, enter your TikTok email or username and password, and try again.

This usually means you are entering the wrong credentials or using an unsupported login method. Check the following:

  • Make sure you are entering your TikTok email or username — not your phone number
  • Make sure you are entering your TikTok password — not a Google or Facebook password
  • Try logging into tiktok.com to confirm your credentials work there first
  • Wait a few minutes, then try again
  • Make sure you are logging in with email and password, not a verification code method
  • If you are using email login, check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you have access to the email address linked to your TikTok account
  • Wait 60 seconds and request the code again
Using UnTok

Try the following steps in order:

  • Force-close the app and reopen it
  • Log out of the app and log back in
  • Switch to a different Wi-Fi network, or turn Wi-Fi off and use mobile data
  • Disconnect from any VPN or proxy
  • Log out of TikTok on all web browsers, then try again
  • If you recently removed a large number of reposts, wait a few minutes before trying again

If none of the above work, contact us at code.and.play.vn@gmail.com.

Errors are almost always caused by a temporary issue on TikTok's end — not a problem with your account or UnTok. They typically clear up on their own. To speed things up:

  • Log out of the app and log back in
  • Switch to a different Wi-Fi network, or use mobile data instead
  • Log out of TikTok on all web browsers, then try again

If the error persists, TikTok may be experiencing an outage. Try again in 30–60 minutes.

Scroll down through your reposts list — they are being removed. It can take a minute or two for everything to sync and disappear from the list. TikTok's servers may need a short time to reflect the changes.

The daily limit is there to protect your TikTok account. Removing or loading too many reposts too quickly can trigger TikTok's own rate limiting, which may cause errors or a temporary block on your account. The limit ensures UnTok works safely and reliably for all users.

  • Tap your profile inside UnTok, then log out
  • Log back in with the correct account's email or username and password
  • If you are unsure which account is which, log into tiktok.com first to check
Billing & Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select UnTok to manage or cancel.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Canceling stops the renewal — you will not be charged again.

Refunds are handled by Apple. If you have not used the subscription to remove any reposts, you may be eligible for a refund through Apple's standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Refunds will not be provided if you have used any portion of your subscription to remove reposts.

Email us at code.and.play.vn@gmail.com. Include as much detail as possible and attach screenshots where relevant — this helps us resolve your issue faster.
