How does LikeDrop work?

LikeDrop uses an in-app browser (WebView) to connect to your social media account. After you log in, the app finds your liked videos and favorited content, then removes them in batches with built-in delays to keep your account safe.
Is my account safe to use with LikeDrop?

LikeDrop is designed with safety in mind and uses gradual, paced actions — not aggressive bulk automation. That said, any bulk action tool carries some risk depending on the platform's current policies. We recommend using the free quota first to test before subscribing.
Does LikeDrop store my login credentials?

No. LikeDrop never stores, transmits, or accesses your password. Your login session happens entirely within your device's WebView, just like a regular browser. We have no server that receives any of your data.
Why did LikeDrop stop in the middle of removing?

This usually happens for one of three reasons: (1) you've reached your daily quota limit — it resets in 24 hours; (2) your internet connection dropped; or (3) the platform temporarily throttled requests. Simply reopen the app and try again.
Not all my likes/favorites were removed — why?

Some content may not be removable if the original video was deleted by its creator, if the platform returned an error, or if the platform's interface changed. For remaining items, try running the removal process again.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings — we cannot process cancellations or refunds directly.
I purchased Lifetime but features are locked — what do I do?

Go to the app's purchase screen and tap "Restore Purchases." This re-links your purchase to your account. If the issue persists after restoring, email us with your order receipt and we'll look into it.
Does LikeDrop work for Instagram too?

LikeDrop is primarily designed for TikTok (unlike and unfavorite). Support for other platforms may be added in future updates. Follow our updates for announcements.
