Privacy Policy

Like Social Counter ("the App") is a real-time display application for iOS/iPadOS that shows your social media follower counts, likes, and engagement metrics. The App is operated by Vigo Global ("we", "us", "our").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

We collect the following types of information:

• Social media public data — follower counts, likes, and public metrics fetched via official platform APIs (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). We only access publicly available data.
• Device information — device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers (collected by AdMob for ad targeting).
• Advertising identifiers — IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) if you consent to ad tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

• To display real-time social media statistics on your device screen.
• To refresh follower/like counts automatically every 5 seconds.
• To serve relevant advertisements through Google AdMob.
• To comply with applicable laws and platform API terms of service.

This App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your consent preferences.

• AdMob may use cookies, device IDs, and similar technologies to deliver ads.
• On first launch, the App will display Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, only non-personalized ads will be shown.
• AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in Settings → Privacy → Tracking on your iOS device.

The App connects to official social media APIs to retrieve public data. Each platform's own privacy policy governs how they handle data:

• TikTok Privacy Policy

We do not share your data with any third parties beyond what is necessary to operate these integrations and serve ads.

Social media metrics displayed in the App are fetched in real-time and not stored on our servers. All data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 24 months and then automatically deleted. Advertising identifiers are managed by Google AdMob per their data retention policies.

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt-out of tracking — disable ad tracking via iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
• GDPR / CCPA rights — EU and California residents have additional rights. Contact us to exercise them.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect information within the App. All API calls to social media platforms use HTTPS/TLS encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
