We reserve all intellectual property rights for Service content. Users may not copy, download, share, modify, publish, or create derivative works from content unless permitted by Vigo Global and the content owner.
Bookmarking video links for personal, non-commercial use is allowed, subject to third-party terms (e.g., Facebook’s Platform Policy). Downloading media is prohibited without explicit owner authorization and copyright attribution.
FVideo Saver may link to third-party resources (e.g., Facebook videos). We do not control these resources and are not liable for their content or availability. Users must ensure compliance with third-party terms.
Use FVideo Saver only for lawful purposes and per these Terms. Users are responsible for avoiding violations of laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property.
We may suspend access, report misconduct, or take legal action if users:
Some features may require subscriptions via your Apple ID in the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends. Manage them in your App Store settings.
We may interrupt the Service for maintenance or updates, notifying users where feasible. We are not liable for interruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., network failures).
We may terminate or suspend access without notice for any reason, including Term violations. Surviving provisions include ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits.
FVideo Saver is provided “as is” without warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted Service.
Vigo Global and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the Service in the prior 12 months, where permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify Vigo Global from claims or damages arising from your Service use, Term violations, or rights infringement.
Links to third-party sites (e.g., Facebook) are at your risk. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may update these Terms, posting changes here. Continued use signifies acceptance. Material changes will be notified where feasible.
These Terms are governed by Vietnam law. Disputes are resolved in Vietnam courts, except for European Consumers, where local laws may apply.
Invalid Terms do not affect others. Invalid provisions will be replaced to reflect original intent, per applicable law.
