CleanCord is a third-party utility application that allows users to:
- Bulk delete their own Discord messages across servers and direct messages
- Export their own Discord message history in HTML, JSON, or CSV format
CleanCord is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Discord Inc. in any way.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your use of CleanCord. By using the app, you confirm that:
- You are the owner of the Discord account(s) you use with CleanCord
- You have the right to delete or export the messages you choose to manage
- You understand that deleted messages cannot be recovered
- You use the app for lawful purposes only
Third-Party Platform Terms
CleanCord interacts with Discord on your behalf. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own Terms of Service. CleanCord does not guarantee that its functionality is fully compliant with Discord's Terms of Service at all times, and Discord's policies may change without notice.
You acknowledge and accept that:
- CleanCord is a third-party tool not sanctioned by Discord Inc.
- Using CleanCord may carry risk to your Discord account, including potential suspension or termination by Discord
- CleanCord bears no responsibility for any action Discord takes against your account
No Warranty
CleanCord is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of Discord's platform.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, including messages deleted using CleanCord.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CleanCord and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:
- Accidental deletion of messages
- Discord account suspension or termination
- Loss of data or exported files
- Interruption of service
Intellectual Property
CleanCord and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Discord, the Discord logo, and related marks are trademarks of Discord Inc. CleanCord does not claim any association with these marks.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use CleanCord to:
- Delete or access messages belonging to other users without their consent
- Circumvent Discord's security or access controls
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law
- Automate actions in a way that disrupts Discord's services
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of CleanCord after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
